    • Select 1 previously created Pin-Up from my vast catalogue & alter it in which ever way you please.

    • You cannot alter the Pin-Up's original posing, everything else is fair game.

    • Change the Pin-Up's hairstyle, gear, facial features & expression.

    • Give the character a costume & insert ownerless appendages into the piece!

    • Choose your body type! Make the character Muscular, Thin or Thicc.

Single Character Sheets & Alt. Version Pin-Ups only take 1 day to complete, everything else can take anywhere from 2 weeks to 1 month to complete. In order to book for my nearest open date I do ask for %50 of the Total Commission pricing to be paid UpFront either via PayPal (to this eMail address: geortegaart@gmail.com) or via Patreon (simply join one of the Commissioner Tiers). By joining one of the Patreon Commissioner Tiers you will be charged the full pricing UpFront. 😏 COMMISSION TERMS & CONDITIONS

(updated on Sunday, 28th of February, 2021)

  1. You Have To provide me (Jugganaut / Gabrielle Ortega) with every single detail of your Commissioned Piece (Single Illustration) via eMail before I begin working on sed Comm. Failure to do so will leave me no choice but to use Creative Freedom on the details that have not been properly described. When providing me with details about your Comm. I require images to support the descriptive language in your eMails.

  2. As Commissioner you are allowed a total of 3 Amendments / Fixes per Commissioned Piece (Single Illustration) that takes longer than 1 day to complete. These include Single Char. (Black ‘n White) Pin-Ups, Single Char. (Full Color) Pin-Ups & Multiple Char. (Full Color) Paintings.

  3. You May Not pay me (Jugganaut / Gabrielle Ortega) additional moneys for additional Amendments / Fixes. In the case that you have used up all 3 of your Amendments / Fixes per Commission I (Jugganaut / Gabrielle Ortega) as the Artist will use my Creative Freedom to decide in which direction to take the illustration in from that point forward.

  4. There will be No Amendments allowed per Commissioned Piece (Single illustration) that take only 1 day to complete. These include Single Char. (Full Color) Character Sheets & Alternate Version Pin-Ups.

  5. I Do Not and Will Not accept offers for Web-Comic Commissions unless you are an adult-art / erotica Company looking to hire me for your commercial project.

  6. All Content created by me (Jugganaut / Gabrielle) will be sold to the public either through Pay Walls or through Online Stores unless otherwise specified. If you wish to keep your Commissioned Illustration Private you will be charged an extra fee (please consult via eMail).

  7. It is Your Responsibility to notify me before hand If you (The Commissioner) own a registered Intellectual Property and wish to Commission me (Jugganaut / Gabrielle Ortega) to render a depiction of sed IP (Fictional Character or World). In the case that you make me aware of your registered IP, I (Jugganaut / Gabrielle Ortega) may ask for legal documentation where it states that you do indeed own sed IP (Fictional Character or World).

  8. You will be charged an extra fee (please consult via eMail) for any and all Commissioned Illustrations that contain your Registered IP (Fictional Character or World).

  9. All dates listed on my Calendar (JugganautMind.Com/JuggCalendar) are Subject to Change at any & all times. I work with multiple Commissioners simultaneously and may choose to prioritise some over others. If you wish to have faster turn-around times on your Commissioned Illustration all I (Jugganaut / Gabrielle Ortega) ask is that you be kind to me (Jugganaut / Gabrielle Ortega) as the artist and that you not use all 3 of your Amendments per Comm. The more amendments you pile on to your Commission the longer it will take me to complete.

  10. In order for me (Jugganaut / Gabrielle Ortega) to schedule and start working on your Commission you Have To sign a document stating that you agree to my COMMISSION RULES & TERMS. Please ask for the COMMISSION RULES & TERMS document via eMail.
